    The Boys from Brazil

How can THE BOYS FROM BRAZIL be called a sci-fi thriller? THIS IS SHEER ABSURDITY! Has someone been at the cooking sherry a bit too often? Indeed it is a thriller and one of the very best from about 20 years ago which works perfectly well to this day. The sheer amount of suspense from beginning to end is extraordinary with some scenes that might certainly haunt you. The dog scene is unbelievable! Gregory Peck as the infamous doctor will make you cringe; Sir Laurence is awesome. This is not made up nonsense which makes the reality of the entire situation all the more frightening. I believe this is a must see film for it touches on some wretched, base devils. (don't want to point out the situation so as not to spoil any part of the film for those interested.) REMARKABLE!
