I saw this movie last night and I was very disturbed once again at how cruel certain human beings can be disregarding the anguish that these beautiful intelligent animals have to endure. Please see it and let's get our priorities in order people. Suffering of any kind for any living thing should be eliminated. In relation to food consumption, let's hope that methods used are humane.

And that's the problem, isn't it? Methods used for most food aren't humane. They can't possibly be when THIS many people demand THIS much meat in their diets! Reduce harm, reduce harm, reduce harm! I think what these folks have done to make this film is incredible. I'd love to see them take a shot at the food industry.
I took a course in University and part of it dealt with animal rights. Some of the videos we were shown were appauling. The general consesus though, was that people in class were not going to stop eating meat, however we all agreed that the utmost humane methods must be used in slaughter. The unfortunate thing is that there are not a lot of humane people applying for these jobs, therefore we have those who let's say have no problem doing the 'deed' therefore when one lacks compassion they may not use the most humane ways. That's the real problem.
