    The Hornet's Nest

This almost surreal documentary really deals with 2 subject matters. As an eerie account of the Afghan War which began in 2001 and is still ongoing, we are let in on something unique, the very elite groups of U. S. soldiers and Marines in the most dangerous locales of the deadly world of Afganistan. What was supposed to be a quick mission in deep enemy territory turns into a nightmare. Secondly, we have the amazing father and son team who are covering these missions and endangering their lives as much as are the troops, literally fighting along with the troops. A riveting look at a war that seems will never end and an enemy that is as brutal and savage as any war has ever witnessed. An incredible document of bravery! Strongly recommended!
