The Lost City is a Lost Movie. The script, actors, and sequence of events play like a paragraph written by a 5 year old child. Nothing is believable in this film!!! The obvious theme is: move to a big city in the United States, no matter the cost, and pretend you have a life. Real pathetic!! Does the director of this film have any sense of the current racial and immigration problems in the U. S. ? Has he ever heard of Lou Dobbs?

CNN fan?.. figures. Even Lou would agree that this was in 1958 and it does not reflect the immigration situation of today.''green uniform'' sympathizer perhaps? You should have loosened up and relaxed to the music instead. By the way you understood this movie... You definitely never heard of El Tropico in Cuba or New York.
I'm not a fan of CNN!! Just utterly tired of propaganda films which reflect nothing about the reality of the poverty under Batista and the reality of Hispanics in the US.
