    The Razor's Edge

The effects on a man (Tyrone Power) from the harrowing experience of WW 1 unsettles his life to the degree he cannot settle back into a world of the upper class as before and so changes the lives of everyone concerned. Besides Power, Gene Tierney, John Payne, Clfton Webb, Herbert Marshall and Oscar Winner for her role in this film, Anne Baxter truly bring this mesmerizing W. Somerset Maugham to life with a vengeance. This was a great prestige film in 1946 from 20th Century Fox receiving many Oscar nominations including Best Film, Baxter's win, Nominated Best Supporting Actor Clifton Webb and other nominations like Art direction and Set Design. A Film of great note!
