The cinematography is spectacular. The story does not use sentiment to describe the situation between Aboriginals and European raiders. Pretty grim and hardcore. Now Leonardo is good but Tom Hardy leaves quit an impression... he has the talking part. Leo does a good job of battling the elements. The movie could have been a little shorter. But it is worth a trip to the theatre. In fact, the small screen would not be able to do justice to the movie.
