MAGNIFICENT! A masterpiece of horror-filmaking. The music sent chills up my spine for days, and the setting gives off a bleak-antiseptic feeling, almost like being in a morgue. This film was bone chilling! I would hate to have to spend even one second in a place like the Overlook Hotel. Watching family members tear themselves apart is a disturbing experience. This film ignites the most profound subconscious fear... "What am I capable of doing? ". Not for the faint-of-heart.
