    The Trip to Italy

Never saw the first one, so can't compare. Don't know the actors except for the one that played in Philomena. The scenery was beautiful, but not beautiful enough to save the movie. There were references to movies and actors that I did know, although there were many impersonations that I did know. The plot line was thin. I guess the visuals were supposed to save this move, but they weren't enough. This movie will appeal to a very specific subset of moviegoers of which I am not one. Much better movies out there to spend your money on.
