This is a very funny movie. It's hard not to give it a 9/10, but I will stick with an 8 for the following reasons :- Will Ferrell's character pretty much goes through the same highs and lows as his characters in Anchorman and Talladega Nights. - They could have done so much more with this story, and with the humor. - Some of the mini storylines were started but just forgotten (the signs of a quickly written and put together movie? ) Yes, this is a funny movie. Yes Will Ferrell is one of the funniest comedians on film these past few years. Yes, Jon Heder is also funny in his role. And yes, Will Ferrell's running joke of wanting to mock every sport movie possible is starting to look more like a promise than a joke. If you wanna laugh, then this movie will deliver, no doubt about it. As far as comedies go, don't miss this one. But there are much better comedies out there, and this one could have been one of those!!!
