This movie is getting rave reviews but there are some serious problems with the plot, acting and editing. The plot is totally preposterous and truly unbelievable. The whole movie falls apart because of this. I can't suspend my disbelief and accept that a poor uneducated young man could, through serendipity events, win a game show by accidentally learning a few facts learned through his street experiences. The lead actors are clearly young and inexperienced. I find their portrayals to be unrealistic and unconvincing. The editing is also problematic. There are too many scenes that seem disconnected from the previous scene. This is not an academy award movie. Go see "Doubt"," Milk"," The Reader' and "I've Loved You So Long" These are well crafted films all worthy of academy award nominations.
