A cutting edge final middle earth instalment, but let's not go in with too many high expectations. I do feel as though the definitive version of this movie will be revealed including all of the extended deleted scenes. For now battle of five armies doesn't feel like the end, the journey goes on in an interconnected way, it becomes a set-up film for fellowship of the ring and does service to the original trilogy. On a high note what makes this hobbit my favourite of the three is its sense of originality in the storytelling, leaving us with more to imagine and less to dwell.
