    Click here to show this review.     Amazing & intense, a real crowd pleaser. For me Mark Wahlberg's character cocky gambler that doesn't know the meaning of quit, while u are ahead. Now u wonder if Jim (Wahlberg) ready to die with a Korean gambling operator, African American gangster & loan shark on his tail. A tall order to escape from. He needs 1 of his students to bail him out this jam. A championship basketball game and 2 relationship with student (Brie Larson) life in jeopardy. Strong cast, direction and story. Frank (John Goodman) scene stealer with quick quips in giving advice to Jim (Mark Wahlberg)
