This is an excellent summer action comedy. Without a doubt, it follows on the footsteps of Kingsman that was released earlier this year with a mix of slick action and just the right amount of comedy. It is also the second time that I have seen Alicia on screen, the first being of course the notable ex-machina, where her portrayal of AI was absolutely remarkable. This instance is of course very different but similarly, it is virtually perfect. She blends in just the right amount of charm, personality, sensitivity and sexuality to make her role appealing to many. Henry Cavill is the one who I did not expect to have such a remarkable presence on this film. Having seen him in a few good movies, and a few bad ones, I was unsure about how he would come across here, I am glad to say that all of my fears were laid to rest as he displays an incredible amount of charisma on screen as slick and polished, though rebellious and unconventional, american spy. As to Armie Hammer, he could have fooled me as Russian! His accent and portrayal were spot on. All in all, the cast was excellent, as was the movie. Great Hollywood summer entertainment.
