It tells off all to often abuse of under the guardian ship of an uncaring guardian and at the end the narrator tells the audience that it not the people that did this it your falt to because you stand by and let them do this to others. It set in duty 30's setting so it does not hit home. It may not be the most entertaining movie you will see but it is worth a look.
