Not my favorite Bond film. Great action sequence in the opening of the film, but after that it kind of veers into a drama instead of an action flick. It seems like the new Bond is becoming more sensitive than cavalier... so he's not a womanizing guy who is where he needs to be and takes care of business at all times. Once scene a security guard gets shot and it's kind of shocking because I expect Bond to be on top of stuff like that! Javier Bardem is a great actor but the audience laughed several times in his scenes because he played the bad guy in almost a campy way. I thought the end was anti-climactic at Bond's house in Scotland. I also didn't think Adele's opening song was dynamic enough for a Bond film.
