Terminator Genisys

This was so good! I couldn't believe it. It got a little messy in the middle because time travel changes things and we are supposed to be following the story now from the characters point of view. The farthest into the future we or John Connor could know before Genisys was made was up to the point he sent Kyle Reese back in time to save his mother from the desperate machines in Terminator 1. From this point forward we only know what they know/knew. Major mind mess. All kinds of details are not explained because the next movie has not been released yet!! This does NOT ruin the quality of Genisys, although frustrating as hell, I am super eager for the next installment to see if my instincts are correct regarding the unresolved details of the new timeline. The JK Simmons character remembered the machines in the new timeline, details which we have not received... YET. It was a nice addition, again frustrating lack of explanations! So if your not quick following the details with all movies in mind your gonna get lost. Very lost. This will reflect your opinion of the movie coming out of the theater. My advice, watch em all again then go see Genisys. The filmmakers did not want an easy ride this time where all the answers are simply laid out for the viewer, they wanted to make you think, to be pulled into the unknown as the characters are, to take the ride from the point of view of the characters in the new timeline, namely Kyle Reese. Brilliant!!! Arnold was fantastic! Emilia, Amazing! Although I didn't much care for J'ai as Kyle at the beginning of the movie by the end of it I was impressed. This is gonna be a REAL long wait...
