Words can convey how awful this movie was. The story was horrible, I mean HORRIBLE, the action was incomprehensible and cartoon-ish and completely uninteresting. You never feel anything for the characters because they are so poorly developed, and annoying. The soundtrack alone ruins the movie. Fox was bad and they somehow managed to make Sally Fields seem less than average, which sums up the movie. The acting from Stone and Dehaan saved the movie from total failure. Garfield was an irritating interpretation of Peter Parker, and how anyone suggests that he has great chemistry with Stone is insulting as Stone makes every scene worth watching, even with Garfield in it. Lots of story threads that go nowhere, and Rhino, with all his trailer presence, is in the very last scene, for three seconds. If you thought the first Spider-man reboot was awful, wait until you see this train-wreck of a movie. Just slightly better than Batman Forever. You've been warned.
