Gillo Pontecorvo's masterpiece is an Oscar nominated film from Italy in 1966 which is stunningly relevant to the horrors that are still occurring in 2016 as far as terrorism in the Middle East and elsewhere. It's as if Pontecorvo had a crystal ball and was producing and directing a nightmare that still haunts many nations. (Just reflect on the U. S. A)
