A completely entertaining film. The hero, caught in the wrong place at the wrong time is played wonderfully by Robert Donat. The female lead behaves rationally when approached by a stranger asking him to hide him from the police. Their screen chemistry is great, the plot is brilliantly written, and the cast of supporting characters are always interesting. One of my all-time favourites.
