This movie gives a human face to the cost of a recession. Downsizing is more than a concept. It effects livelihoods and families. There is a terrific cast at work here. In particular, Kevin Costner acquits himself well as the contractor whose bottom line has been severely reduced. Craig T. Nelson as the CEO represents the sort of soulless capitalist whose greed propelled the financial crisis. Affleck, Cooper and Tommy Lee Jones are all great. Highly recommended.
