This is a funny film. The quirkiness of this movie has certainly helped it achieve international success. Despite the movie being produced in Swedish, you forget that you are watching a film in another language. The English subtitles definitely work well. The story does move a bit slow and awkwardly at the beginning and you may think to stop watching – but the plot definitely picks one quarter into the film and it becomes hilarious. There are many flashbacks which are used effectively in this film. It is worth to note that there is one gory scene in particular which was not necessary. Overall, this was an entertaining movie.
