Good movie, with good writing and good acting. The storyline has a couple of quick stutter steps that keep it sufficiently unpredictable to keep it interesting. The only flaw is Bradley Cooper. His acting is good, as is everyone else's, but he just isn't credible as the American version of a narcissistic, arrogant, maniacal and self-destructive French Chef. Even at his meanest, too much niceness pokes through. Christian Bale, Leonardo DiCaprio or Jack Nicholson could have pulled it off with ease, but not Mr. nice guy Cooper. Still, even with this flaw, it is worth seeing.
