A fine, pedagogical film, reminding us of how pre-committed the Bush regime was to waging war, regardless of facts. Penn and Watts are terrific. Action-thriller this isn't, but one is engaged throughout by the human dramas, most movingly the loss of innocent Iraqi lives. Joe Wilson in the classroom scenes speaks, like the film, a bit didactically, but it's a more coherent and inspiring message than something like Lions for Lambs. Highly recommended.
