A fine non-stop action flick. The character development is done succinctly and does not slow down the action with any mundane dialog. This movie is far better than Gibson's "over the edge" flick. Although Travolta is a bit paunchy now, he is a good action figure. Of course we have to suspend belief that bad guys can't shoot straight, but I suppose that this is a "given" in all action movies since Rambo. If you like Travolta you will get a chuckle at the subtle Pulp Fiction reference. This movie is a nice escape movie. There are no slow points and only a couple of cheesy parts.
