Furious 7

There is a sequence of stunts that is the best since Raiders of the Lost Ark, and a bravura leap from buildings in the UAE, but otherwise this is rubbish. It is depressing to contemplate the audience for whom this film is targeted. The entire cast is unattractive with the exception of Paul Walker, the white knight, and a couple of the African American actors. But when Vin Diesel and The Rock are your leading men, everyone is bound to look better in comparison. Jason Statham's talents are completely wasted here. Kurt Russell appears as Tony Stark. None of this is different than a Marvel movie, especially The Avengers Assemble. An insult to the intelligence of a North American viewing audience. Poor.
