I am rating it probably a little higher than it deserves, but that is partly due to the fact that I will miss one of my favourite directors of all-time: Yash Chopra. His direction here is highly commendable, as are the great performances from Shahrukh and Anushka. The film's story though, is quite silly, and will definitely appeal more to the females in the audience with idealistic views of love. I found the plot quite preposterous in parts, overly long and Katrina's acting too leaves much to be desired. The technical values of the move though are all first rate. Anil Mehta's cinematography and A. R. Rahman's music suit the film perfectly and make you enjoy it much more.
