    Liv & Ingmar

The great Liv Ullmann reminisces on so many emotions in her life as lived with the difficult but great director Ingmar Bergman. This is a beautiful documentary, serene in every way with the background of a northern Swedish and Norway climate and especially serene in Ullmann's dignified, all too human delivery of a very special point and time in her life. This loving doc could be entitled "In Remembrance of Things Past", to quote the great French writer, Marcel Proust. It is wonderful to see a great woman and artist able to have lived her life and keep living it "without regrets". Remarkable doc that is a must see.
