I found it to be a carbon copy of the original movie. A small rag-tag group of rebels greatly outnumbered by the mighty empire of evil. Against all odds (and possibility) they somehow rally and battle a vastly superior enemy? Really now, when I was 10 it was new and exciting, but now my 10 year old nephew thought it was lame and too long. The one saving grace was Ray who carried the movie and made me forget the shock of seeing how Princess Lea aged. Han Solo was good- but not $50 million good. And Luke? What was he doing? Hiding in Scotland? Come on. I was expecting a new and exciting movie and was let down big time.
