Frank Tashlin's usual American comedy of the 1950's, 1954 to be precise, without a word or action out of place to satisfy censors, studio bosses and a growing, boring suburbanite family unit. This film and others like it are so bland it almost hurts. SUSAN SLEPT HERE could never ever take flight in 2015 without massive overhauls!
