What a stupid movie. I know I have to suspend belief when I go to a movie like this. But the story line was so weak, so predictable. Character development was non-existent. I know it's supposed to be all plot. But the plot was ridiculous. And the acting? Let's not go there. What a stupid movie.

You have the right to your own opinion regarding plot and acting, but no character development? I guess you didn't see Iron Man, Iron Man 2, Thor, Captain America, and The Incredible Hulk, there's your character development!!
What movie where you at. The story was strong especially developing all of them together. I have no clue what you mean by no Character development. The Plot was ideal. [...]

Click here to show this comment. Get serious. There was no plot... A semi-god with powers that disappear half way through the movie wants his green box? That is the plot? Really... ? Oh wait a sec... he had the box... but forgot to leave?.. Really.. ? And they kept him in a glass case prison... Really?.. And the glass case was unbreakable glass but it got broken?.. Really? The bad guy could disappear but didn't use it to escape... really... So where was this plot again... ? Oh yeah he didn't have a staff... or did he?
Those movies all sucked and followed the same repetitive formula, except for the first Iron Man movie, which is the only reason why they made The Avengers and Tony Stark the main character because he was the only well-done character.
