I did not realize before seeing this movie that Ryan Gosling actually got top billing in the credits. The movie is actually about his character, he played it well I thought. Not a bad movie overall, some may find it slow. You definitely have to like American politics (which I do) Philip Seymour Hoffman, wow, that is one actor that no matter what he's in, he steals the scene.
