You went for the character development? Maybe you should stick with some Meryl Streep flick. This was a movie about hockey, fighting in hockey, with gratuitous violence, not something only the Hollywood press would see. Your mindset going into the movie was askew. Otherwise, you might have enjoyed some mindless entertainment.
