It was an OK movie. The first movie was better. This one was boring, not so funny and I found that the first movie is funnier than this one! Theres not a lot of action and was childish!!! :/

I have seen all these movies with my nephew. And this is a sample of where a sequel is actually better than those that came before it. Fun and adventure for all. Some loud noises may scare younger kids though.

It was the funniest thing I ever saw!!! Go see it now. I've seen it 3 times and it still cracks me up, I'm going to see it again tomorrow!! I was so funny but I didn't think I would like it because I'm 12 and it seemed a little childish, but it wasn't, it was a cute movie, perfect if you want to go see it with your family and all the bad commenters, if you didn't like the movie just comment "it wasn't my thing" or something like that, you don.t have to put crappy comments. I love the part where Alvin goes to the casino. I hope u like it as much as I do.

Almost best movie I have ever seen it an adventure action and a comedy. This is a good movie for children and adults so you should go see this movie as soon as you can and enjoy a funny adventrous kids movie of singing chipmunks!!!

Worst movie ever. Never ever see this movie! This was a disgrace! I want my allowance back! If you want a good story, go see a movie like arrietty or something! Anything but this! I tried to leave but I didn't want to get to much attention. Nothing but singing and no story! Please I know some kids will like it but adults avoid it at all costs. Horrible just horrible. I loved the 1st and the 2nd one but this movie made me feel like throwing up. If I can ever go back in time to fix mistakes in life, I will definitely go back in time to get my money back. One word describes this movie. Horrible!

This was the worst of the three Chipmunk movies released in the last three years. I thought the first one wasn't very good when I saw it at the theatres but in retrospect it's an Oscar winner. This plot was so basic that the only goal seemed to write anything to cash in on kids being home for the holidays. The plot spins off a Cast Away theme and it's just not that funny. Our kids thought it was OK which is what really counts but parents should take a nap if they can. There is nothing at all memorable about this film other than feeling embarrassed for David Cross being stuck in a bird suit.

This movie is really stupid. It doesn't make any sense and it just makes you laugh for the wrong reasons. But it's so cute you can't say it's bad, even if you look at it like it's a normal movie and not a familly movie and that you know it's really bad, you can't resist the cuteness of the Chipmunks. :)

Great movie for kids. But as an adult, kind of lame. And I do like alot of animated cartoons. Maybe I'm used to more humour geared towards adults. Not much of that in this movie.

I went with my 10 year old who has watched all the other Alvin movies - he was reasonably entertained. However - you know how movies like Shrek have jokes for the kids and jokes for the adults? Well this isn't like that. From my perspective a complete snoozer with no depth trying to milk more money from a tired and overworked franchise. I found it hard to distract myself from the $30+ I had just spent on movies tickets and popcorn. Do yourself a favour and buy your kid (s) the DVD when it comes out instead of going to the movie - they can watch it 50 times while you read a good book, do the laundry, or watch paint dry...

We loved this movie. My 20 months son was laughing so much, and it's the first movie he went to see at the theatres. We had gone for my daughter's birthday and the kids loved every minute and so did we.

Took my grandkids. We all liked it. Great energy throughout. Lots of fun. Good lessons to be learned also. Excellent for my 8 and 6 year olds.
