This movie was something out of the ordinary. The kind of strictness is like seeing those drastic stories about orphans how they are strictly treated. The pastor did mean well and he did make a mistake towards having the child drink but he was trying to give some love and caring although he was not a perfect person People do make mistakes and glad he decided and was able to get another job without any difficulties as Meryl Streep, being the principal was considered to be a mean principal and was giving a hard time to many students as well as the pastor.
