Kamloops

The storyline was as expected for this children's movie. This is a good family movie and the kids will enjoy its simplistic story. The plot is an easy to follow "family values" issue. The animals are better actors than the humans... BY FAR. The mother may have had ten lines throughout. The father is very unconvincing in his role and has no charisma. But the animation is superb. The voices are all familiar and you will find yourself guessing as to whose voice you are hearing. The strength of the movie is the assorted animals and their personalities. This movie is not for teens or early twenties... just the kiddies around 6 years old... CGI in motion pictures has moved exponentially over the last few years... Marmaduke was truly convincing as a talking dog. You almost forget that this is animation and simply watch the show.
