Wow! What a terrific film. I never even heard of Pompe disease. Harrison Ford gives a great performance as the the "mad scientist" as is very believable in this role. I know quite a few eccentric old farts in the bio-chem dept at McGill (tee hee) Very entertaining without the Hollywood artificial trumped up atypical good guy/gal like Sandra Bullock's role in Blind Side (which was way over the top.
