Did a revolution take place in Romania on the 22nd of December 1989? Who cares but an alcoholic and an aging man. I did get to laugh a few times, but no more. It is well played but it isn't worth more than 6½.

A Jewel! True and vivid characters that try to shape their past history. Some of the scenes are hilarious. This movie does not try to write the official history but demystify many of human tendencies when faced with their past.
