I have lots of opinions on The Expendables. Most action scenes were enjoyable and were mostly stolen by the younger actors, such as Jason Statham, sometimes Jet li and Terry Crews who was great in the last entertaining 30 minutes to the movie. I didn't feel Stalone delivered and maybe is just getting too old. However, put aside all the action and you have an extremely week script and an unoriginal and very thin plot. I also think Mickey Rourke should have played in more scenes, because I enjoyed watching the only older actor that I liked in this movie. Overall, the bloody action was mostly entertaining, but the movie suffers from terrible dialogue and a lame plot. I rate The Expendables a 4.5.
