This is a fun movie. Olive portrays an smart and caring girl caught up in a mess of her own creation. The stereotypes are a bit over the top, but the message is good. I recommend that all mothers see it with their adolescent daughters. Don't be too worried about the 14A rating. I think it was perfectly appropriate for my 12 yr.
