I felt heavy watching Heat. With the windows all wide open, the temperature steaming off the charts, the fan blasted to the fullest, and me sweating continuously on the couch. Heat's conflict is interesting, and mesmerizing at times, but this long LA thriller has nothing to surprise, deliver, or even show to blow me away. Heat will warm you up, because you know when the main titles hit, you've got a long ways to go.
