My boyfriend and I really enjoyed this spooky haunted house movie, it's well worth the matinee money. I was impressed with the rookie co-star Kyle Gallner, who played the protagonist, Matt. The drama of death was articulated in such a manner it has compelled my boyfriend to quit smoking. The reality of personal experience when dealing with demons and spirits , will always be an individual account of events. To display it on a movie screen or even write about it in a book will nullify the true horror of knowing something is in your home. I have seen spirits in my apartment and elsewhere, I'm well aware the chilling fear of the unknown. Though there are scenes in this movie that are questionable, who cares, it was a spooky seat jumper without a hockey mask or body parts getting sawed off. If you're the twisted type who loves pointless morbid movies, this movie is out of your IQ range. I applaud the cast and Crew for a job well done. Oh my boyfriend wants the guys out there that remember the original Ninja Turtles movie, to look out for 'Casey', he plays the Priest;)
