Somehow this movie was just okay for me and it was good to see Christopher Lambert in it again. I must have expected more from it that's all.

You only enjoy this film if you are a loyal Highlander fan, but even then it's a bit confusing and whats the point killing of the main charachter.

I was a true weekly fan of highlander. I watched the tv series for its entire duration. In addition I saw the films. When I heard about this new highlander movie Highlander: Endgame I was thrilled. A) Adrian Paul is a spectactualar actor and B) I was glad to see him again because I was quit disappointed when his tv series was ended. There were a few sections of this movie which confused me a bit. By watching the entire film and having pervious knowlage of the story line I was able to quickly figure it out therefore it did not take anything away from the movie for me. I was sooo glad this movie came out! I recomend this film to any highlander/Adrian Paul fan.

STAY AWAY!!! One of the worst Highlander movies I've ever seen. This movie kills the tradition of the highlander. Coming from Scotland I was very dissapointed to see that Christopher Lambert got killed. I will never watch this movie again!!!

BAD BAD BAD -- What I don't get is how they can kill off the main character in present day. Highlander 2 and the other awful sequels were set way in the future. I can't believe I was stupid enough to rent one after hating the other sequels. DO NOT RENT THIS MOVIE -- IT SUCKS!

Hiya! This movie was... well, pretty much as expected. I've seen the other highlander sequels, and I must say, this is the best one since the first movie. But really, the only place it excelled was at sword-play, the best since Phantom Menace. I'll buy the video when it comes out only for them (and that girl's naked body ;), but I won't waste my money on the DVD. The story is pretty dull. They introduce the new enemy, screw up the timeline, chop off a few heads, do the matress mambo. Everything seemed to be done for no real reason than to put on a sword-fighting exhibition, show rolling heads and naked woman's breasts. Not all bad, but a story and compelling characters would be nice. Anyway, half-decent movie here, worth seeing once if you like good sword-fighting and are into the Highlander series.

Well, here's a movie that will surely disappoint those who loved the TV series. I mean, the aim was to take the good parts of the series and put them into the movie right? Well, quite a failure for that point, apart from the fact that Adrian Paul is playing in the movie, as well as the characters of Methos and Dawson. The storyline and script are really weak, and fights between immortals in groups doesn't really follow the rules that made the first Highlander and the TV series so succesful... But the movie is not completely to be thrown away: the fights are well choregraphed, Adrian Paul is a very good actor, and the grand finale is worth the entry ticket. Only for fans though...

I loved this movie! Normally a movie like this wouldn't appeal to me and I initially didn't want to see it, but I am so glad I did! The acting was wonderful and the storyline is what keeps you hooked!

There are some nice flash back in this movie, and a couple (just one or two) combat that were amazing but for the rest, I would say that the story wasn't amazing. Kell the badguy was suppose to be very strong almost invincible but... The end was too cheap. Unless you want to watch a movie with only ten other people in the room, then go see Highlander Endgame.

This movie killed it for me. What was the purpose of this movie, except to drive in the nail deeper? What the heck was 'Edge (WWF)' suppose to be anyway, a big strong guy lifting a plastic boulder? Ha! Ha! That was pretty pathetic. The guy weighs 225 soaking wet, I miss André the giant :(. And what about those retards on motorcycles with cheap replicas of medieval helmets? I was expecting to see the time and date on the lower right corner, or maybe LOW BAT. Sorriest excuse for a movie in a long time, the special effects could rival the 80's movie 'Q', which was a play doh flying lizard with thumbmarks on the side. Although I do not understand anyone liking this movie, I respect those who did. But for me, its a waste of hard earned money.

An action movie without action, bad effects(very bad) that did not even surpass the effects done ten years ago when it was first made. A weak storyline does not even give a soul to this movie. I am not usually this critical, but I am not usually this disappointed. Dominick.

Hey if you like fighting scenes and nipples, then you'll definitely like this movie. And of course you gotta like Highlander to understand and enjoy it. I agree that Christopher Lambert is a little too old to play the part, but still a good enough actor though.

Stop IT! Do not make more Highlanders! First part was great, but newer are worse and worse. The last one, Highlander Endgame, is the worst Highlander I saw.

When talking about Highlander, my advice is : ONLY SEE THE ORIGINAL HIGHLANDER MOVIE. It is the story how it was originally intended by the original author of Highlander. Don't watch anything else as it destroy's everything completly. This is how I feel after seeing one after another disappointing Highlander follow-up movie & tv show. I regret having seen anything else than the first movie. I have my Highlander Director's Cut on video, and I am disregarding all of the other things made. It's not by the original author and in my opinion should never have been made.

I'm a fan of the TV show, this movie was a bad two hour TV show. The sword play was good, but the story line was crap! All the good characters that were introduced in the beginning were written off or not shown towards the end. I hope Adrian Paul will return to the small screen to make more Highlander shows.

I was very disappointed in this movie. The trailer shows some great special effects that are not included inside the movie, for example their is a scene in the trailer where Connor McLeod slices the evil immortal into 2 separate halves and he becomes two immortals... This is not in the movie. Another scene in the trailer where the bad guy stops with is powers Connors sword in mid air, again not in the movie. The trailer suckered me in to seeing this movie. All the cool effects are excluded from the movie. Definitely not worth seeing!!!

This movie was a real disappointment. I actually only went because Edge from WWF had a small part in it. I invited a friend and we were both bored. This movie just seemed to drag and it was short... Only about and hour and 30-35 minutes.

Unless you're a Highlander fan, don't bother seeing this movie. Why? Because this movie is linked to the 1st movie and the TV series; by that I mean that it doesn't go deep psychologically because it's assumed that by now you already know Duncan and Connor pretty well. Now, the beginning was nice: dark, mysterious and action packed with a wee bit a comedic relief (keeping with the TV series). The rest becomes, I find, sort of reduntant and too fast-paced (you don't really have time to connect with the scene before they switch to another one). Which is why the roles of Mythos and Dawson are reduced almost to a one-line cameo (which sucks cuz I loved those guys, they're Duncan's buddies, his pals, part of the MAIN CAST!!! ) Even WWF superstar Edge (who reiks of total awesomeness in this movie) should've had a much bigger role. That scene is, by the way, one of my favorites. If you've beared with me so far, let me tell you what is good about this movie. But first. It's not the movie itself which is to blame, it's that the producers of the whole Highlander series made a 2 horribly big mistakes: Highlander 2 and Highlander 3, which didn't make sense whatsoever with the original story. I guess that's why for Endgame, they felt they had the liberty to change things a little to make a little more sense... and I'm proud to say that now it does (or at least makes a damn good effort to). The next movie incarnation of the Highlander series will solidify the storyline once and for all (although they say history tends to repeat itself) The action scenes were excellent, especially the fight between Adrian Paul and Donnie Yen. Antoher thing that was cool was actually seeing Connor and Duncan side by side, with swords drawn, ready to go at it against eachother (oops... err... nevermind what I just said) The casting was good (but of course it's gonna be good, they used the same actors that made the movies and TV series work... exepct for the absence of Sean Connery, who should've had a cameo during a flashback scene) The chemistry between characters was there before and is there now (except btwn Paul and Lambert... something just wasn't right... that's why I kept in mind that Connor and Duncan are together in the same movie, which was still cool) Anyway, if I haven't diverted you away from seeing the movie at this point, you should go see it and enjoy it (keeping a very open mind to the story). It's still something worth going to see. If we praise it, they might actually come up with something even better (well, we can still hope)

This movie blows dog!!! I was actually looking forward to this movie and it was so stupid and poorly made that I had nightmares of paying for it to see it a second time. Somebody should burn all evidence of this movie. It never existed. ARRGGHHH!!! I can't believe I paid to see this amazing boxcart of bat vomit!

Not worth seeing... doesn't fit in with the rest of the highlander movies... they should have made this into a tv movie.

Ok, I'm a Highlander fan of the TV series and the movies. I like sword fights. I like martial arts. I like Adrian Paul. I Like Christopher Lambert. I didn't like the movie. The sword fights are bad except for one scene. There is no martial arts except for the same scene. We don't get to see much of Christopher but when he is there he seems reluctant to play. Adrian is the lead star in this movie and he shows great talent. The story is pretty good until the bad guy kills off his better assets. From this point on leave the theater; the movie just gets lower and lower. The last two fights were bad. The end was a relief.

Honestly, it's only for the fans. The first is the best, the third not too bad and this one adds a little twist to the story (let's forget about the 2nd one). I just want this clarified to all those suckers that keep complaining that the first one is the only good one. Sequels will never beat the original so, find something else to say to justify that you're not creative enough to give a movie critic with content. If you can't find something interesting to say, then shut up. I read these critics and use them as well. Anyway, Endgame was a good, good fighting choregraphies bad filming, blue-screen effects are not too good. Lambert should have done that movie 5 years ago, since he looks to old now but I Y'ALL THAT THE NEXT ONE WILL KICK ASS!!!

Great Movie! If you like this type of movie it's exactly what you want. Don't go expecting top of the line acting or anything remember it's a fighting/sword play movie. It sticks with the first movie and the TV series, but don't listen to the 2nd or 3rd movies. Great job to Davis/Panzer and keep it coming.

I had really been looking forward to this movie, and I would still recommend it to Highlander fans as there are enough good bits to make it worth the price of admission. For one thing, the martial arts and swordplay are impressive, and for another, this is the first chance for fans of the televisions series to see Adrian Paul and Peter Wingfield on the big screen. Although the movie started with some interesting ideas, the script doesn't follow them through. In fact, the last third of this movie reminds me of overdue term papers I had to finish on the bus on the way to school - hurried, choppy, and with threads from earlier on not explained or integrated into the whole.
