Went to this movie because I love my wife and it would make her happy since her friends had 'all' gone and seen it already. That aside, out of respect, for my wife, not the movie, I managed to stay awake. Cheap production, to the point of being tacky. For instance, when the wolves talk, they don't even bother with moving mouths. I mean, Babe the talking Pig went miles beyond in terms of animation. We are left to imagine the wolves are talking telepathically? It was about as sophisticated as Saturday Afternoon Specials for kids from 25 years ago. There was 30 minutes of tolerable, or mildly interesting story and 1:45 minutes of... meh. This movie works for the ladies who find blood sucking, pasty faced vampires sexy, I suppose, only there was little sexual in the show anyways, and I suppose teenaged girls? Must work on someone, or they wouldn't keep making them. Can't wait for the 'big battle' next time out;)
