I liked it there were some cool scenes and it was entertaining.

It's really good especially when he's walking around the deserted city there's no sound but it's so intense!

I still have nightmares about it... so I give it a 6 but for someone who loves not sleeping at night, this movie is for you... lol!

Based on scary-gory slasher/zombie pictures, 28 Days Later is the best it gets.

This movie is just so awesome sure it's a different take on a zombie movie than the kind I'm used to but hey fantastic. The character development, plot, characters, action, and overall look of the film is excellent. I can't say enough good about this film, it's kind of good to see a British zombie movie or set in Great Britain is what I mean a different style but the same satisfying result perfect zombie flick and horror movie.

If you like zombies and end-of-the-world movies, go see this. It's in the top ranks. If I liked zombies, I would probably rate this higher, but I don't.

Cillian Murphy is an amazing actor. This was the best zombie movie since George Romero got his start forever ago. I'm not a huge horror fan, but there was just nothing bad to be said about this.

I don't know why people are not rating this movie higher. It was intense and had an original story. The British can make [...] good movies. This is one of the better horrors in years.

What I loved about this movie was that it wasn't meant to scare you in the normal scream-and-jump-up- and-down kind of way, it was meant to scare you in the sense that the infection in the movie is extremely possible and could happen today or even 20 years from now, like mad cow, the cold or zars. I also loved that the actors in the film weren't these really famous and pampered stars, they were just well, normal and made the movie that so much more believable. The movie is an absolute 10, a must see for all.

Scary, serious, disgusting, thrilling, sometimes funny, with glances at human affection. These zombies are the worst of their kind in film history (I've seen them all) The characters are complicated and engaging, which is a nice change for the genre. I warn you-- this film gets ugly. And I'm not just talking about the special effects. Strong stomachs and strong psyches only. Also, an excellent aspect of the movie is the soundtrack, especially the now-famous "In the House/In a Heartbeat" by John Murphy.

Creepy and disturbing-just the way it should be! As good as 28 Days...

I really enjoyed this movie. So much so that I actually saw it twice at the theater. The idea of waking up & everyone is dead (or a monster) is very frightening. So they've got you right from the start. Then it's the fight to survive. It makes your mind wonder 'what would I do in that situation? '. Lots of fun!

This is a zombie movie with a political subtext. The zombies move fast, which isn't usually my preference, but in this case they are very creepy. The ending however, was truly disappointing.

I expected a lot more from this movie. The start was really cool but otherwise it was not terrible but not great either.

I really enjoyed this movie! It was refreshing to finally have a new zombie movie come out. And this one was not only full of suspense and action, but it was also dramatic.

Falls just slightly short of perfect. It really is suggestive of how our world could be destroyed in a just a matter of days and those few remaining people will take advantage of those less fortunate without a blink of an eye. It made me sick to see how after 100 years feminism can be erased in just 28 days. All of a sudden women are a sex commodity and certain men reap and rape that product.

Okay I'll be honest. I like most movies, story or not but this one I particularly didn't like. Why? Because of the fact that I went to see this movie thinking that it was going to be a typical zombie movie or at least a movie with some action. I was greatly disappointed. I found it was too slow of a movie... Long sequences of 3 people walking/driving. No zombies involved then for like 5 minutes couple of zombies out of nowhere. So I mean if you like psychological thrillers or something like that maybe you'll like it but if your in it for the action and/or horror you might be disappointed.

If your into zombie movies this is a must see, great storyline with great action.

When I saw this trailer for this movie, I was had to see this movie... I loved this movie so much that I had to buy it when it came out on DVD. This is definitely a collectors film for horror fans.

I think this is the best zombie movie I've ever seen! Although the people aren't technically "undead" (they are just infected with a virus form of "hate" which makes them extremely savage), the fact that the zombies can run like that not only scared the hell out of me, but makes sense. Great opening suspense which is (for the most part) well maintained throughout the rest of the movie. There are numerious scenes which will make you quake and scream like a little girl too, so don't worry horror fans :)

It takes a lot for me to buy a movie at regular price. Not only did I rent it, but I bought the DVD, and could watch it anytime.

This movie frightened me more than pretty much any movie I've ever seen. I love how it takes zombies and disease and mashes them together in a fantastic, scary flick.

This was a fantastic zombie movie, capcom influence was quickly evident in adding in the sence of adventure. Cillian Murphy was brilliant. The overall atmosphere of the movie was intriguing as well as suspenseful.

For zombie fans, this is as good as it gets. Not only is the story line nice and tight, but it is well filmed and has enough realism in settings and characters to make it frightening. Great movie to rent, but don't watch the alternate endings, they are stupid.

I admit that this movie wasn't overly scary but maybe that wasn't the point. It was creepy and unique and that should be worth something. Also it was plausable and that should be worth a lot. Some great scens and solid acting. Moved a bit slow at times but all in all a solid brain engager.

It was a great movie, no boring bits, it is different from all the typical zombie movies... and don't forget... the creatures are not zombies they are humans infected... so I don't consider it as a zombie film. It shouldnt be considered as a zombie film. This is realistic to our future. It can happen to us anyday in the future and thats what makes it more freaky, it allows us to rethink about our actions and the consequences. I think it's not a movie to just get freaked out by effects like all the other zombie movies but to think and realise how freaky it can get due to human's curiosity and somewhat, greed. I love it!

From the very beginning, this movie gives you a strange feeling of being surrounded by the unknown. Throughout the film you wonder what will happen next and how will it end. It is a well written movie that makes you wonder what you would do in a similar situation.

I have never seen a movie so greatly written in all my life. It has given advit horror fans something to look forward to, because for a minute there I was scared of the new horrors coming out due to the fact they are GARBAGE! But this movie was beautiful.

This movie had one of the greatest Zombie (not exactly zombies)horror flick intro's I have ever seen. But the ending sucked, completly if it wasn't for the ending and the main characters meeting with and army (an army of only men)I would of gave it a 9.5.

Best zombie movie I have see in a long time. A must see. Very Haunting. Scary Stuff!

I personally wasn't a fan, I am the #1 person who gets so scared at horror flicks... this one I did't even jump. I found it really gross though.

The film was original and had a different spin on animal rights activists.

At first a very original movie, but once you start discussing the plot, the holes begin to emerge.

Just as it would start to get exciting, it would slow again and get talky. Less chat, more splat!

I was pleasantly suprised with this one. It was suspenseful and scary despite the not so great special effects. It is a movie that left an impression on me. I recommend it!

Like a modern day Omega Man meets Dawn of the Dead. Intense, edge-of-your-seat excitement! A must see! Check out the alternate ending available on the dvd, the picture-board ending is really cool.

I really hated this movie. I honestly found it to be very hard sitting through it. I really wanted to walk otu. But didnt because of the amount of money I spent for it. I was expecting to see a crazy horor movie... but instead I was greatly disapointed. I have such a passion of hate for this movie. Everytime I see the cover of the movie I just glare. Why was this film made?

Good movie exepct for the ending, it's like 2 films, before the military base and with it. It's strange to think that a thing like this could append and just that tought is scary. I recommend it.

I love it! It was thrill seeking and it had my attention the entire time because I didnt want to miss a peek. If you love scsry moves I suggest that you see it.

28 Days Later is a very smart movie. Very odd but very entertaining.
