Legend of the Guardians is a very good story, and the movie was well adapted to it. The 3D effects were fantastic. Certain scenes did feel a little stretched out, it's only because the story itself is quite complex; that's also why it's not a movie for younger children, it has several violent action scenes too. I took my 11-year-old nephew and he loved it!
