I was in the area and I had a couple hours to spare today, so I decided to watch a movie. This was the earliest movie playing and I honestly wasn't expecting much. I was just looking to kill some time, but OMG was I ever so pleasantly surprised! I admit walking in with low expectations but by the end of the movie I was simply blown away. Paul Giamatti should have received an oscar nomination for his role. His acting was simply spectacular, his scenes literally brought me to tears - especially at the end. Paul Giamatti has got to be one of the most underrated actors in hollywood right now. He got snubbed for sideways and now again for his superb performance in Richard J. Lewis's movie adaption of Mordecai Richler's revered novel - Barney's Version. This movie is a MUST SEE. Ignore all the haters.
