During the swinging sixties there were a few great comedy TV series, "F Troop" was one of the best comedies at the time. F Troop told the story of a troop of misfit U. S Calvary soldiers during the 1800's. Forrest Tucker and Larry Storch were a great comedy team. Larry Storch in particular was hilarious. F Troop was reminiscent of an earlier show, "Sgt. Bilko" with Phil Silvers. Every week the episodes would be wackier than the week before. The ensemble cast had great chemistry coupled with great writing, F' Troop was a winner.
