This film could also be titled : When Culombo swaps his raincoat for a Sureté du Québec uniform. A taught well-knit yarn with rich characters. A good, non-pretentious and entertaining film. If you have friends in law enforcement, I strongly recommend this film which showcases the work of a simple policeman dedicated to his profession with decency and integrity.
