Combining Wes Anderson's flair for awesome comedy and incredible visuals, this movie will definitely delight any fan of one of my favourite director/writers. I found enough laughs in this movie to enjoy it but I had the same problem I had with Life Aquatic: I don't think Anderson's last two works have had the charm that both Rushmore and Tenenbaums has had. Yes, they're funny movies and work as comedies but unfortunately they don't work on the same level that those first two movies of his did. Even Bottle Rocket had a ton more charm. I think I much preferred it to Life Aquatic though.
