Three reviews from the 50+ crowd and one eloquent review from a teen. How do we get the message out? Although the film was B&W, there was colour in everything. Colour in the dialogue, the daylight, the night time, the characters and their performances, the camera angles, the costumes, the buildings both war wracked and still standing, the cobbled streets, the rain, the atumn leaves falling from the almost barren trees, and even the cemeterys and sewers of Vienna. And the music! See it in the theatre for sure. Then see it on DVD. Then see it again. Classic!
